We aim to deliver within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Some orders may take longer, including items supplied directly by manufacturers or products with limited stock. We’ll keep you updated and aim to dispatch restocked items within 3 working days.

Deliveries are made using our own fleet, including a Moffett lorry for sites without forklifts.

Courier delivery may be available at an additional cost, depending on the size and type of order. If your order is sent by courier, our transport team will confirm dispatch details and share tracking where available.
