The AG-fit range is a modular off-the-shelf solution for all of your cattle housing requirements. The product range has primarily been designed to suit loose housing however, it has also proven to be suitable for a wide variety of other applications.
The easily assembled AG-fit range features an extensive collection of modular 5 rail two-part extendable gates and panels, waterers, posts and associated brackets; that are combined to create a multitude of penning arrangements.
How does it work?
AG-fit gates and panels are created by combining two products; a primary and an insert. They assemble telescopically allowing you to create the desired length gate or panel for the gap you are trying to cover. Once assembled, the gates and panels are not designed to be variable length when in use.
The primary can be purchased in a variety of lengths and the insert is available in a large range of different products, these are:

The AG-fit gate or panel can be constructed to create any length from 550mm to 6000mm, making the AG-fit product range ideal for agricultural buildings, sheds or yards that are of a unique shape or size.
As standard, the gates and panels are designed to hang at a height of 1525mm. However, to accommodate the build-up of bedding, gates and panels can be flipped or lifted to create a rise of 305mm without adding or moving any hang brackets.
Where can the AG-fit range be used?
When designing the AG-fit product range, it was intended for use within loose housing buildings as a versatile solution for creating penning. However, since its launch, it has been used for many other applications, including perimeter yard panels and parlour exit gates.
To ensure maximum flexibility the inserts have been designed to cover a large range of applications that the handler may encounter when looking to fully equip a building as loose housing. Where access between pens is required within a building, the Squeeze Gap Insert can be included to create a 330mm opening between pens allowing the handler easy access between pens without having to open any gates. However, if within the pen resides smaller animals that may pass through the gap, the Passage Gate Insert may instead be used which features a gate within the squeeze gap to prevent smaller animals from exiting the pen.
On the contrary to this, if you are looking to create a penning arrangement where smaller animals can pass between the pens but larger ones can’t, a Calf Creep Insert can be used. The Calf Creep aperture is adjustable between 120mm and 595mm making it suitable for a variety of calves.
If you are just looking to create a gate or panel of a unique length simply combine a primary with a gate or panel insert of your choice.

The VisorDrink is IAE’s most recent concept in Drinkers for cattle, aiming to provide animals with a continuous supply of clean and fresh water. To do this, the design features a shroud around the two sides and back of the trough along with a visor on the front which protects the water from muck and straw. To access the water, cows simply push on the hinged visor providing them with access to drinking water. The VisorDrink is available in three different lengths; 735mm, 1345mm and 1955mm.
