Today, our Thame Store Manager, Adam, takes centre stage on our blog, allowing you to learn more about his activities behind the scenes at our Oxfordshire store.

Adam, who has been leading our team since 2022. He boasts a rich background in agriculture, with his grandparents, uncles, and aunt being involved in dairy farming, as well as arable farming in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and New Zealand.

Our skilled team member has also received training in Aquaculture and Fishery Management and possesses extensive experience in delivering the very best service to our customers.

A Typical Day at StowAg

Adam’s days are dynamic and ever-changing, just like the agricultural industry itself. As the first customers of the day start to set off for their supplies, Adam enthusiastically opens the store and gets ready to greet them.

Once the doors are open, he hands over the reins to our friendly sales team, who manage the trade counter, offering advice to our customers and ensuring they have everything they need. Adam continues to support the team on the ground by replenishing stock and transferring customers' orders between stores.

If you've placed an order with us, you might have spoken to Adam on the phone, as he actively engages in providing our customers with quotes and calling both existing and new customers to ensure that StowAg is doing everything we can to support their business.
