We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

There may be occasional exceptions, such as orders supplied directly from manufacturers or where stock availability is limited. In these cases, our team will keep you informed. Once your item is restocked, we aim to dispatch it to you within 3 working days.

Deliveries are made using our own fleet of trucks, so we can offer a reliable and convenient service. We also have a moffett lorry to unload at sites without forklifts. 

Our team works hard to ensure your items arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Courier Services

Courier services are available if you wish to receive your order sooner than our standard 3-day delivery timeframe. This option is available at an additional cost, which you will be responsible for. The exact cost will depend on the size and type of delivery required.

When orders are dispatched via courier, our transport team will call to inform you that the order has been dispatched and which courier you can expect delivery from. If tracking details are available, these will also be emailed to you.
