Still waiting for delivery after six days. Live chat had no one on the live chat logged off after 25 minutes of waiting. Rang office who had no record of my order said would phone back. Missed their phone call and they left no message. Won't be ordering anything in the near future. 4 weeks ago

Easy to purchase, delivery not so good. Left note for delivery person. To leave by door, under the box. As I had to go out. Instead they took it away, I had to leave work early to collect my parcel. WHY so I paid for delivery, but ended up going to collect it myself!! 1 month ago
