Made an online purchase of an item showing as being in stock. Was rang a few hours later to be told it wasn't in stock until April. Asked for a refund, and email to say refund was sent, still haven't received either nearly a week later. 3 weeks ago

Bought a pair of field gates, excellent quality & fast delivery. Only issue I had was the delivery itself. Received notification on the morning of delivery, and driver just left them in mud propped up against a tree, with a soggy delivery note attached !
